Most items are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery (this is 2-5 working days from date of dispatch and excludes weekend and bank holidays). Upgrades are available.  Due to the delicate nature of our sweets cones they are shipped Royal Mail 24hr tracked as standard.  Free delivery on all orders over £25.

We also offer free local delivery within 3 miles of B72, Sutton Coldfield or you can arrange collection.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return (excluding personalised items).  Customers will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.  All items must be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
