How much notice do you need?
For most corporate orders, 7–10 days is ideal. Larger or fully branded projects may require a little more time, and we’ll always confirm timelines upfront.
Can you include our branding?
Yes. We can incorporate your colours, logo and messaging into the packaging and presentation. If you have brand guidelines, we’re happy to work within them.
Do you offer custom creations?
Absolutely. If you have a theme, event or specific idea in mind, we’ll design something unique for you. Corporate gifting works best when it feels personal.
How are orders packaged?
All corporate creations are packaged with care using sturdy boxes and protective materials to ensure they arrive looking perfect.
How do you deliver corporate orders?
Corporate orders are sent via DPD, which allows us to offer set delivery days and precise time‑slot notifications. This gives your team full visibility and ensures your items arrive exactly when expected.
Do you offer payment by invoice?
We operate on a pro‑forma invoice basis, meaning payment is made upfront before production begins. This allows us to secure your bespoke items and deliver everything to the highest standard. If your organisation requires a purchase order, we’re happy to work with that.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We can provide vegetarian, halal and gelatine‑free options. If your team has specific needs, just let us know and we’ll guide you.
How do you handle ingredients and allergen information?
All corporate orders include clear allergen labelling. For smaller items where a full ingredient list cannot physically fit on the packaging, we provide an ingredients and allergens card or QR code linking to the full details. This ensures every recipient has easy access to the information they need, without compromising the presentation of your corporate gifts.
